The recognition value of companies, contacts, products, queries, etc. can be enhanced considerably through the support of visuals. Microsoft Dynamics CRM currently does not have any functionality to enable users to position images in screens.
Thanks to ImageInEntity, you can enhance the brand recognition value of companies, contacts, products, requests, etc. owing to the ability to display photographs, corporate logos, product images, defects, etc. on CRM screens.
Authorized users can now load these images independently to the screen or even change them.
With ImageInEntity, the administrator can define and precisely position image placeholders on any desired screens in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
|Contact||Photograph of the Contact Partner|
|Scanned business card|
|Request||Illustration of an error/defect|
Authorized users (permission to create and/or mutate records) can independently position an image within a placeholder by clicking on "Change image" or replace them.
Supported file types are GIF, JPG, PNG (will be checked while uploading).
At the time of uploading, the images will be reduced automatically to the size specified by the administrator (thumbnail). If the thumbnail is clicked on, the image will be displayed to the user in the original size in which it was uploaded.
The Thumbnail Resizer assists the administrator through automatic adjustment of the size of the thumbnail following changes to the size of the image placeholder.
