Validate, complete and correct the email addresses of contacts and leads.
After entering the first name, surname and parent account - depending on the add-on configuration - email addresses are completed/corrected and validated or only validated or only completed/corrected.
Prerequisite for completion: Another contact exists with the same employer with a registered email address.
Update of contacts:
After updating the first name or surname or the employer - depending on the add-on configuration - the email addresses are completed/corrected and validated or only validated or only completed/corrected.
Prerequisite for completion: There is another contact with the same parent account with registered email address.
Entering the email addresses, starts their validation.
Update of leads:
Updating the email addresses starts their validation.
You have the choice of, whether email addresses should only be validated or completed/corrected and validated or should only be completed/corrected.
Views can be selected for mass comparison (e. g. contacts that have not been validated/completed/corrected for more than 6 months)
The add-on offers no functionalities with respect to validation/completion/correction of email addresses of accounts, since it does not make sense to write to companies via email addresses (email@example.com).
In order to enable the email validation it is necessary to create an account on our serviceprovider (where you can purchase credits). It is imperative, that the selected attributes are visible on the relevant form (leads or contacts).
We recomend to add new attributes to store the results of the EmailCompleter.
