Create Contact from Email Signature

Create and Enrich Accounts, Contacts and Leads based on E-mail Signatures

Start situation

You receive e-mails with signatures. You want to enter the e-mail sender as contact, company or lead in the CRM system.

To do this, either type the signature or copy attribute after attribute in the right field in the Company-, Contact or Lead screen.

Uses

Accelerate the entry of new companies, contacts and leads on the basis of the signatures of incoming e-mails! Most of the e-mails you receive contain signatures with information about the sender, communication channels and address.

You can transfer this information to the CRM system by pressing a button.

Functionality

The CreateContactsFromEMailSignature add-on enables the creation of companies, contacts and leads on the basis of e-mail signature information. There is no need to manually type or copy this information into the provided fields of the CRM screen.

New companies, contacts and leads are created a lot faster and fewer errors occur.

If the company, contact or lead of the e-mail sender already exists in the CRM system, this information can be enhanced with information in the e-mail signatures such as e.g., telephone No., e-mail, function, address, Ext., etc.
