Initial Situation

The Opportunity Connector offers users an easy option for assigning CRM roles to a sales opportunity.


The purpose of the AddOns is to simplify the procedure for the user by storing important data without too much effort. This supports complete information storage without the need for multiple mouse-clicks.


  • Improved ease-of-use
  • Saves time, since the data is populated by a mere mouse-click
  • Better overview in terms of the roles and contacts that can be assigned
  • Higher data quality, because changes can be done easily and users are not refusing to do the manual data input


A frame is now available in the GUI for the entity "Sales Opportunity", which makes it possible to directly assign the "role" of a contact within the sales opportunity of the respective contact.


  • Contacts

    All contacts belonging to the account are now available under "Opportunity Connector" and can be assigned to a sales opportunity.

  • Rolls

    All roles stored in the CRM can be used.
