Contacts should be addressed directly via bulk mail. Their business address partially corresponds to the company head office address. Some contacts have a postal address that is different from the main address. During address updating at the level of the company, the business addresses of the contacts who work at the respective address must be updated manually.
Our “AddOn Address Synchronization” synchronizes the business address of the contacts whose business address are the same as the company head office address automatically. The synchronization can be activated or deactivated per contact in the contact screen. In addition to the standard fields it can be also synchronized custom fields or phone numbers as for examples main phone numbers.
If the address of the company changes, then the business addresses of the employees who have the same business address as the company are synchronized. Manual updating of the business addresses of the employees or contacts of the company is not needed. Wrong entries can be avoided and the user can be relieved.
