Data for invoicing and accounting purposes shall not be affected by a demand for deletion.

Products and services of WiredMinds ( are used on this website for the purpose of marketing and optimisation. Data is collected, processed and saved, and a usage profile is created from it under a pseudonym. The usage profiles are completely anonymised where possible and useful. Cookies can be used for this process. Cookies are small text files saved in the internet browser of the visitor and that serve to recognise the internet browser. The data that is collected, which may also contain personal data, is transferred to WiredMinds or collected directly by WiredMinds. WiredMinds is permitted to use information that is left behind by visits to the web pages, to create anonymised usage profiles. The data acquired during this process shall not be used to personally identify visitors to the website without separately issued consent of the concerned and shall not be merged with personal data through the carrier of the pseudonym. Data protection declaration for the use of Zopim:

We use a chat program by the firm Zopim Technologies Pte Ltd, 8 Prince George's Park, Extension Block Singapore 118407 to improve communication with visitors to our pages. 

You can directly contact Zopim in case of questions about products, the website or the company Zopim. The user can see whether someone is online at that time to provide a direct response via Zopim. All visitors to our pages are recorded with their IP address and the page visited at that time for this purpose. The IP address is anonymised. 

Zopim uses cookies. The information about the usage of our website (including your anonymised IP address) is generated through the cookie, transferred to a server of Zopim in the USA and saved there. The information is visible only for the moment it stays on a specific page and is not saved. Chats that are conducted are logged and saved. You can prevent the installation of cookies through a corresponding setting of your browser software; please note that in this case not all functions of the website would be usable in their complete scope. 

With the use of this website, you declare your consent to the processing of data collected about you through Zopim in the way and manner described earlier and the purpose stated earlier. 

Use of the Facebook "Like- Button"
