D&B CRM Connect is an adapter which allows the usage of the Dun & Bradstreet database to update or extend the information of e.g. your Accounts in Microsoft Dynamics CRM upon creating as well as updating such Entities and greatly enhances your efficiency while providing increased data quality.

        Functionality

        Quicker capturing of new accounts in the CRM

        • In the entry screen enter one or multiple criteria for a new company, for example a phone number.
        • Next, click the "enrich" button at the top of the screen. If your entry is unique, all attributes available via the data source are displayed on the screen.
        • If there are multiple matches for the criteria entered, then these are displayed and the correct entry can be selected.
        • Update companies at the click of a button.

        • In the company screen of the CRM system click the "enrich" button and the company address is expanded and updated based on the very latest Swiss D&B company information.
        • If the company could not be uniquely identified due to the details already stored in the D&B database, then a search result list is displayed in which you can select the relevant record.
