Target

Combine the advantages of the Sage Sesam KMU ERP solution with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Are you looking for a professional, offline-enabled, browser-based CRM solution integrated in the Microsoft environment, but want to continue using your Sage Sesam KMU (new name Sage 50) solution? Our Sage 50 Interface makes it possible.

    Solution

    Module A: Customer interface 

    Companies and contacts, that become customers are created by the module in Sage Sesam KMU. Mutations in customers (companies and customers) in CRM are synchronized in Sage Sesam KMU. The synchronization is time-regulated. Sub-interfaces:
    CRM: Companies / contacts --> Sage Sesam KMU: Personal account

    Module B: Invoices and payments 

    Invoices and credit notes created in the CRM system (e.g., with the help of AddOn Invoicing) are created in Sage Sesam KMU. Mutations in invoices and credit notes in the CRM system are synchronized in Sage Sesam KMU. Partial and total payments are reverse synchronized from Sage Sesam to the CRM system. Newly created accounts, cost centres and cost types in Sage Sesam are reverse synchronized to the CRM system. The synchronization is time-regulated.

    Sub-interface:

      • CRM: Companies / contacts --> Sage Sesam KMU: Personal account
      • CRM: Invoices / credit notes --> Sage Sesam KMU: Open items
      • CRM: Payments --> Sage Sesam KMU: Vouchers
      • CRM: Accounts (new entity) -> Sage Sesam KMU: Accounts
      • CRM: Cost centres / types (invoice / products) --> Sage Sesam KMU: Cost centres / cost types

      Interface Integration 

      Installation can optionally be done by one of our Dynamcis CRM Partner or by CRMBricks.com directly. Installation and parameterization will be charged flat with two days. In case there is some deposit on customers time account that can be used for support enquiries.
